Unfortunately, GETJEWY is unable to accept returns of items purchased with the exception of damaged and defective goods. IF an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to GETJEWY via email at "support@getjew.com".

GETJEWY will issue refund or exchanges on a case-by-case-bases. The return and/or exchange request will be processed as soon as possible. If accepted, most returns and/or exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days.

GETJEWY accepts payment through applications and payment methods provided through, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards, GETJEWY is not liable for the practices or technologies employed by these third-party companies to process the personal payment information required for a transaction and purchase of GETJEWY Products.

Acceptance of Orders

The debit or credit card details you give to GETJEWY will be validated before your order can be accepted, Payment will be charged to your account before dispatch of your order. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, GETJEWY will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. GETJEWY cannot and will not accept checks or money orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order that they are received, on the business day following their receipt, For example, orders placed on Wednesday will be processed on Thursday. Orders places on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Product Availability

GETJEWY does not guarantee the availability of its Products at the time of order placement. If a product is not available , GETJEWY will provide you notice and provide an opportunity for substitute products or process a refund.
